Fixed lines displayed

I'm working on a spreadsheet from a peer where the 10 first lines are fixed when I scroll up or down, and there is no separators between this "header" and the body.

How to do this ?

You can do this by Freeze Panes but you will end up with a black line across the page....is this what yoyu want to avoid?
