how do i save a ssheet as a txt file with comma seperated variables????

Just goto SaveAs and select CSV from the drop down list
NOTE! if you have more than 1 sheet, you can only save 1 sheet at a time

File/Save As/

File Type CSV

this will save the visible sheet only.
