Exel to Access

I have a table A33:X33 and I want the values to import to
an Access DB, the only difference is Access has the records
'autonumbered', otherwise the column headings are the same
Help!

Reference A33:X33 from a new worksheet and save
it as tab-delimited text or comma separated values.
