Excel Unexpectedly Quitting

Has anyone experienced Excel unexpectedly quitting on them while running VB code?

I have this application that creates custom financial reports and I'm having a problem currently on one PC with Excel just quitting with no error message.

We are running NT4 SP5 and I think the lack of error message is because Dr. Watson is probably not setup on the PC and the error is a protection fault.

Yes I have. Most of the time it was a Dll Version problem. Any time I had a macro that loaded a form it would crash.
I use Microsoft Forms 2.0 from Office 97 SR2.

The FM20.dll, even though it was listed as 2.01 on different machines. The File size and date was different. I simply replaced the existing dll
with the working version and all macros with
forms are working again. I know this probably
isn't a solution to your dilemma, but it may point
you in the right direction.
