Excel data protection

Hi,
In my office, my manager was asked me to prepare the performance Apprasial sheet with our team( i.e) each one has to evaluate the other people's performance in team. I was created in excel sheet, shared option was used so that every one can access.
the file contain 10 sheets, my question is if one person evlaution should be protected (i.e) no one should delete or alter his evlauation. But they can view the marks but it should not be change or alter.
other than evaluator.
