Excel Curious Full Screen Behavior.

Does anyone know how to prevent Excel full screen (View - Full Screen) that you set up for a particular workbook to affect other workbooks? For many it must be very annoying to have this feature. I think many would like Excel limits its full screen feature to specific workbooks without having to reset it when you open another workbook. I'll appreciate if someone comes up with a solution to this. Thanks.
