Excel always starts with same document

When I open Excel it always opens the same document, like it's stuck in its memory. I can close it and continue but don't know how to "disable" this document from openning. Thanks

Under you 'Tools' menu under 'Options', is the 'Alternate File Start-Up' box filled in with the path to this file? If so, take it out.
