Excel/Adobe

We just installed Adobe 5.0 with PDF writer and now when we try open up Excel we get the message:

Microsoft Visual Basic: Compile error in hidden module: DISTMON

and when exiting we receive the message:

Microsoft Visual Basic: Compile error in hidden module: AUTOEXECNEW

Any ideas on what this would be?

Check to see if you have any Addins via ADOBE

Goto Tools | Addins

have a look @ the list that is brought up.
If you see any checked then select this.
You will see the Addins discription.
If it relates to ADOBE then deselect it.
