Exccel Validation

While a List or database in a worksheet has validations, is it possible to enter VALID DATA by means of a DATAFORM?

I think you have asked me this question at allexperts ? I didn't understand the question there, but I do here.

Yes you can enter VALID data into cells that have Validation, in fact you can even enter INVALID data, just as you can paste invalid data into cells with data Validation. If you want to stop this I can write you some VBA code?
