eMail Excel sheet in HTML format

I use Excel 2000 and would like to do the following :
I have created a Standby Calendar Schedule on a Excel sheet by using the Xdate Add-in functions available from Microsoft. My problem is that I want to eMail this sheet to various people in the organisation in HTML format. If I mail the sheet as an attachment, the sheet will be full of errors, because they did not load the XDate Add-in. Can you please help me ? Thanks

Hello

Try saving the xl file as html. From the file menu choose save as html. If this option is not available, then choose tools, add-ins, and add the html add-in in. This works in Excel 97.
