Drop-down menu with links

How do I insert a drop-down menu with links? I'm trying to add a drop-down list with different dates when clicked on will jump you to a specific cell in the same worksheet. Any ideas??

Select the target cells and name them e.g. _11.01.02 you must begin the name with
