Data Rotation

I need to rotate a large amount of data from a column into a row. Can't figure out how to do it. One column of data to be rotated into one row. Any ideas?

Select the data you want to "rotate" and copy it. Select a blank cell and from the Edit menu, select Paste Special and tick the Transpose box.

Click OK and your row will now be a column.

NB: As Excel only has 256 columns, you will only be able to paste a maximum of 256 rows of data - if you try to do more, you'll get an error message.
