custom views command

I have a work sheet that I share with several people and
I use the custom views command to change the way the
screen appears and how it prints. Is it possible to
embed the custom views command on a button in each sheet
so that the other users of the sheet will be able to
use it without having to sit down with each one of them.

Yes, set up your custom views then just use the macro recorder to get the code to swich to each view.
