creating a .pdf

When creating an Adobe Acrobat file .pdf from an Excel chart (especially a 3d chart) we encounter a problem. Parts of the chart in the .pdf are distorted and thrown off of where they should be. This happens fairly regularly. So much so that we can usually predict when it will happen. Please help if you have had similar problems and cured it. Thanks.
