Copy to another file syntax

I can opy to another sheet using Range('Sheet Name'!Address") What is the syntax to copy to another file?

FullPath and [Filename]SheetName!Adress
Like This.
='C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\[Book1.xls]Sheet1'!$A$1
