converting tiff files to excel sheet

hi MR/excel
i have some document i scan it and save it as tiff files and i want to convert it to excel sheet and use it as data could you pleas help me ....

Can't do this in excel....but your scanner may have come with an OCR program ???
Use this to get your data into text format
From there you maybe able to import it into excel
