Converting from Lotus 123.wk4

Our company is (finallly) converting to Excel. We are opening .wk4 files in excel. I have noticed that when this is done - the border feature is no longer black, but a light gray. When printed, the lines are like a series of tiny dots.

Any suggestions as how to fix this?
