Converting Comments into Footnotes

Is there any quick way to convert excel
comments into footnotes. I realize you can print
the comments out at the end of the worksheet.
Is there any function that allows you to quickly
convert comments into footnote items with footnote
reference in the worksheet itself?

Please help asap.

If you click on Page Setup, then the tab called "Sheet", in the middle there is a "Print" Section. You will see comments, click on the drop down box and select on of them.
