Convert Spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet that I am working on in Excel 2000. But at work I have Excel 97. This is a must have spreadsheet on Monday morning and I was wondering if there will be any problems opening it up in 97. This sheet does not contain any macros. I could not find a "convert to prior version" in my Excel 2000.

Thanks for any help as this is a must have spreadsheet first thing Monday and I will not have time to recreate it.
