continually updated text boxes

I am wondering if there is an easy way to copy and
paste the contents of a cell that is updated continually
into a title box or text box on a chart?

Just select the text box then go to the formula bar enter an equal sign and then select the cell you want to link to.

Another way is to use a Linked Picure.
Select the cell you want to show on your chart and *holding down your SHIFT key*, go to Edit>Copy Picture and paste this on your chart.
