Contents of cell not visible?

I have a cell with a large amount of text. The column must maintain a fixed width - and I have "wrap text" applied to the column.

However - when you look at or print the spreadsheet a large amount of text is not visible (either the first line or last line).

When I double click between the rows it does nothing.

Any ideas?

Wrap text is an odd property, it is partially dependent upon the starting width of the wraped cell. Some one once told me the starting nibble for a wrap text is 256 characters, but did not know where the nibble start width was.

I tested a function by loading 1,000 characters into a cell. I then printed the cell starting with the width as wide as a page. then reduced the column width of the cell in steps, and found that as the cell width decreased with wrap text on, the amount of printable text also decreased with the cell width. Yet when you edit the cell all 1,000 (or more) characters are there, they just will not print, unless the cell width is right for the number of characters for the wrap text property. JSW
