Concantenated columns won't display the value

Someone sent me an excel sheet that I needed to concantenate a few of the columns. It allows me to put the formula in but that's all it displays and when you drag the formula thru the rows it keeps the original formula not adjusting for new rows to concantenate.

to have the sheet display values rather than formulas, go to tools menu>options>view tab and uncheck the 'formulas' item.
sounds like the formula has absolute rather than relative references. remove any '$'signs and it should work.
if that doesn't work i think the file has been corrupted.
