comments printing in 2000

In Excel 2000, I am trying to get the comments sheet to print without 1) printing the cell address, and 2) taking a line to do it. In other words, I want a page that prints the comments only.

In '97
I don't know if this will help, but in 97 go to File page set up. There is the option there to print comments either as the appear or at the end in a list. It does, however, list the cell it in. This another one of options that is always greyed out for me in print preview, but works under page set up.
