Comma Delimited File

I have a column of number in a sheet. Is there any way I can convert that to a comma delimited text file?

Use File | Save As... menu command and choose the
CSV as the save type. Keep in mind that the commas
delimit columns. If you only have 1 column than there's
nothing to delimit.
