Combining two worksheets of names and checking for dups

I am looking for a simple, easy was to merge two worksheets of 300 names,addresses, and accounts each and check for duplicate names. The problem is that one worksheet is in all caps, while the other is wtih first letter cap only.

Create a lower case copy of the all caps worksheet and then combine those two. You can use the lowercase function to format the all caps one...Hope this helps
