Changing the Default Colour Palette

I'd like to change my colour palette to include a custom colour.
Ideally this palette would be available for every new spreadsheet.
However, it seems that Excel reverts to its default colour palette and the custom palette only stays within the spreadsheet in which it was created.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

your XLStart folder. See the Excel Help Index
