Changing Rows to Columns

Does anyone know how to change a row into a column...I have several rows of data that should have been made into columns. I.e., a1,b1,c1...I want to be a1,a2,a3...etc.

Copy, Paste Special, Transpose.

It actually did not work...I guess because I have a Paste Link in the rows that I want to transpose. Any ideas.

Did you get an error ? or get #REF! ? or what ? i think the problem is that you copied a range, A1:A3, and tried to copy it to A1, this will cause an error. You'll need to copy it to B1, and then (Values also), erase A1:A3, and move B1:D1 to A1:C1
