Changing Default

When I click on Edit, Delete, a pop up box appears with
4 choices. The first one (Shift Cells Left) is the
default. How can I change it so that the third one
(Entire Row) comes up instead?

If you select a cell in the row you want to delete and hit Shift-Spacebar at the same time, that will select the entire row. Then delete.
