Cell Separations

Hi I am trying to figure out a way maybe with a function to separate a cell which contains First Name the Last Name in the same field separated by a space into two different cells one with just the first name and one with just the last name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Highlight the names, and then select: Data-Text to Columns. Then select "Delimited" and click Next. Check the box for "Space" and click on Finish.
