can I move from cell to another (and skip some cells) by pressing the tab key or some other key?

Would it be possible to make the cursor move from cell to another, for example from cell C3 to F3, with the pressing of the tab key? I have a spreadsheet and I would like it if the user could press the tab key and it would automatically take them to the cell they need to be in to enter data.
