Calculating days, excluding non-working days

I have an Excel spreadsheet which contains information regarding the date a call is logged and the date a call is fixed.
I need to be able to show the number of days it has taken to fix the call, which I can do using datedif - however this
does not take into account non-working days such as weekends and holidays, which I would like to exclude.

Any tips on how to do this would be appreciated.

You can use the NETWORKDAYS Function.
If this function is not available, run the Setup program to install the Analysis ToolPak. After you install the Analysis ToolPak, you can enable it by using the Add-Ins command on the Tools menu.
