autofit columns and rows

hello...
Is there some function/macro that I can run so that I can autofit all columns and all rows in a file at once (instead of clicking on the line separating each individually) to fit to the text that exists in each cell? Thanks!

If you right click on a sheet tab then select "all sheets", then click on the top left button (left of column A and above row 1) this will highlight all cells in all sheets
then just double-click your column A width and double-click your row 1 height, this should autofit all columns everywhere and all rows everywhere
