auto copy of worksheets

How do I make an auto copy of one worksheet in one workbook to another worksheet in a diffrent workbook at the same time.
(like a carbon copy)

Save as a back up. Hope that helps.
If you want to VBA record it and attach to button and save as reqd tie active doc and back up at same time, guess could time lkike auto save to do this .... but that would need to be in Auto_Open and dont forgetto cancell in setting in Auto_Close.
