What is the fastest way to get? (Column a2:a30 = different city names, Rows a1:ad1 has the exact same city names. The mileage at the point of intercetion is the answer in miles in a:34

If the following sample, which occupy A1:E5, reflects your data
{"","city1","city2","city3","city4";"city1",0,8,6,7;"city2",8,0,4,9;"city3",6,4,0,3;"city4",7,9,3,0}
In A34 enter: =VLOOKUP("city1",A1:E5,MATCH("city3",A1:E1,0),0)
will give you the miles between "city1" and "city3".
