Is there a way to link a formula to a worksheet tab? I have several places in a spreadsheet that I would like to equal the name on the worksheet tab...

Try this:
=RIGHT(CELL("filename"),LEN(CELL("filename"))-SEARCH("]",CELL("filename")))
