Roundup

Hi,
I would like to roundup some figures.
3.22 should become 3.25
3.215 should also become 3.25
What I am trying to say is that it should roundup the second digit after the point to the nearest 5 cents.
Your help is very much appreciated.

=CEILING(A1*10,0.5)/10
