putting quotes around a string

I have an Excel file about 400 lines long containing a string only in column A without any spaces between the characters in the string. I would like a way to put a single parenthesis at the beginning and the end of the string. Is there a way this can be done?

Here is an example of one cell containing the string I would like to put the parenthesis around:

221/T1/CMBRMAORDS4/CMBRMAORDS3

Basically I want to somehow automatically put parenthesis around it so it looks like this for each cell:

'221/T1/CMBRMAORDS4/CMBRMAORDS3'
