in F2 i have my min online at peck time say 10 min is showing i want this result to be mutilied by 4p in coloumg2 i have min off peck in my first example this is at 0 but sometime ythere could be a few min on peck and a few at of peck off peck is charged at 1p so need to be multyplied by one so in coloum h2 i want a formuler to multily any numbers in coloum f by 4 and any number in h coloum to mutiply by 1 and display the answer in pounds and pence oh yes coloum f and g are showing hours and min which i wiuld perfer in min only so one hour would show as 60 min instead od an hour ect hope someone can help so i can compleate this assignment

As Juan says, this runon paragraph is pretty unreadable. Use periods, for example, to make a sentence with ONE idea.
Now, what are "mins" and what are "pecks?" Is coloumg2 a column, maybe column 2, or is it cell G2?
A clear explanation of your setup (what do you have in various cells or columns) and what you want to accomplish will help.
While chastising you for unclear writing, let me also add that a subject line of Help please is not very helpful. All messages on this board are pretty much requests for help. You will attract more attention if you specify what you need help with. Look at the other subject lines on the board and you will see that a problem is with VLookup, or with VBA code or the like.
