Merging Cells

I imported data from a Word table that had returns within the cell with name (return) adddress (return) and phone number(return) . These came over as seperate cells. I wanted to merge these cells but I get the error message that "The selection contains multiple data values. Merging cells will kepp upper left most data only. Can you help me merge this data, ther are over 400 entries

Concatenate
you can concatenate the data into another cell like this:
=a1&b1&c1
Use paste special to retain the values after concatenating.
