Linking several cells to a cell in a form

I have a spreadsheet with 256 employees' info that I want to link to a excel form letter giving an overview of individual benefits. A paste special will not work because it overwrites the last employee's info. Is there a way to select an employee from the spread sheet and have their information appear in this form. I guess I am asking is there a way to link several cells to one cell in another spreadsheet. Please Help!

if you're familiar with the V or H LOOKUP functions, these could be applied, albeit with a bit of messy work upfront
(tip.... use absolute references in the VLOOKUP range then when you copy the formula from one column to another you can just change the 3rd bit from 3 to 4 to 5 to 7 etc etc)
