HELP, NEED FORMULA TO CONVERT NUMBER FORMAT

I need to convert a five digit number with a comma 24,876 to this format with a decimal>>> 248.76 using a formula..........and convert a four digit number>>>>>> 2,234 to this>>>> 22.34 help help...my boss in on my butt

ps..i have a long columns of lot of these numbers and want to be able to copy a formula down to change them all.

Looks like you just need to divide by 100.

If your number is in A1, then in B1 type:

=A1/100
