Format numbers in combining cells

I have the following spreadsheet set up:
Where cell A1 = $12500.50
and B1 = $202.50 (Calculated field)
when I used this formula for A3:
=A1& " " & B1
I get the following result
12500.5 202.5083311
I need both formatted as $ carried to two digits. How do I format these numbers within my formula for cell A3?

=TEXT(A1,"$###0.00")&" "&TEXT(B1,"$###0.00") (nt)

Actually, =TEXT(A1,"$0.00")&" "&TEXT(B1,"$0.00")will suffice! (nt)

=DOLLAR(A1,2) & " " & DOLLAR(B1,2)

DOLLAR uses a comma (nt)
