Disappearing Formulas

Please help. Our co. just converted from '97 to 2K, and we are finding that several (but not all) spreadsheets are losing their formulas. Spreadsheet will lose formula when opened in either '97 or 2K, but ones that keep formulas are keeping in both versions. Thanks.

Jessica, we are also in the process of switching from 97 to 2000 and this is distressing news. What do you mean by formulas "disappearing"? The formulas are no longer in the cell or the formula no longer works? I've heard some things about some of our specialized addins not working in 2000 but they should still work in 97.
