Converting seconds to minutes:seconds format

Hi...
...anyone out there know how to convert the following:
390 seconds to 6:30 (where 6 is equal to minutes and 30 is equal to seconds).
I've been trying to figure it out but no luck. Simple but it evades me:(

Do you want your result to be a number or can the result be text?

if you values in a1 put:
=A1/86400
in B1
86400
is 24*60*60
is day*hour*minute
if you wanted hour minute you would have put
=A1/1440
day*hour
you need to format the cell to time format (right mouse button Format_cells)
you can convert back to a whole number but multiplying by the same
