Converting over from QP & have formula problem

We are converting over from Quattro Pro. One formula in QP is this +1:I76
Nobody remembers what this was in QP and Excel won't accept it. Does anyone know?

Have you tried +I76+1 if this formula is not in I76 If this is in a macro or VB it is being used as a counter and then try I76=I76+1
