Case Conversion

I have an excel fill in which imported data for First and Last Name (2 columns) is in Uppercase, I need it to be in Propercase, i.e. SMITH = Smith W. A. THOMAS = W. A. Thomas

I found the following macro, but, do not know how to implement macros. the columns I need converted are A and B, cells 1-57

Thanks so much for your help. It will save me a lot of work

Just read about this today.
Try using =PROPER(A1:A1) in column C.
If DANIEL was in cell A1, becomes Daniel.
