CAPITAL to small letters

I am manipulating a text file, using Excel. The data is CAPITAL letters, but I need it in address format, ie("123 OAK TREE LANE" should read "123 Oak Tree Lane"). Can this be done in Excel, or should I use Access?

If your address in cell a1, you could use
=PROPER(a1)
You could then copy and paste special values over your new column and delete the original if you like.

If you log onto ASAP Utilities it will provide you with a brilliant add on that will let you edit text the way you want it in addition to a whole load of other things
