calculating hours like "networkdays"

Is there a way to calculate net work hours in a similar way that the formula works for NETWORKDAYS? For example, if an employee only has 10 hours per day to work and I am trying to calculate the average amount of time it takes to close an order, I don't want to use NETWORKDAYS because that will return either 1 or 0 in most cases. Yet I don't want to average using 24 hours. Any ideas?

Maybe this will help

Lets say in A1 there is the start date and in B1 there is the end date and in C1 there is the total hours per day.

Then the total hours worked would be:

=(NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1))*C1
