Truncating Format... Is it possible?

With this number 123.456 in cell A1,
how to show this cell as 123.45 using formatting?
I do not want any other cells used truncating formula such as =TRUNC(A1,2)

You can substitute the number for "A1". i.e. =Trunc(123.456,2), or put the formula (using A1) only in the cells where you want the truncated value to show.
