Summing time intervals

Is there a was to sum time intervals? For example, I would like to sum the times for individual songs on an album to know the total length of the album. I format cells in the time format but it adds AM or PM and does not sum correctly.

Try a custom format of
[m]:ss
for your songs (assuming no long floyd cuts)
and a format of
[h]:mm:ss
for your total.

Just add and subtract normally.

Enter
0:0:10
for 10 seconds
0:3:30
for three minutes, thirty seconds.
